Organ Pipe Cactus Seeds

The Organ Pipe Cactus is found in and around Organ Pipe National Monument in Arizona. It is a large cactus that resembles an organ and its pipes, that can reach as high as 20 feet. The cacti grow plum size fruit filled with hundreds of black seeds. The fruit can be harvested as Native American populations have done for thousands of years and made into candy, cakes, breads, and wine.
